The honest edges

A few things we'd rather you hear up front than find out later:

  • These are launch prices — lower because we're just getting started. They'll rise as we grow, so getting in now means a better rate.
  • We say no when we're not the right fit. If your job needs something we can't do well, we'll tell you.
  • Document extraction runs at 95%+ accuracy and is human-checked, not "100% guaranteed". If something's uncertain, we flag it instead of sending wrong data.
  • We don't do nickel-and-dime add-ons or fake urgency. The price you see is the price.

Questions

Do I have to pay a monthly fee?

It depends which service. The tools we build — the chatbot, lead tracker, and scraper — are a one-time job you own and run yourself; no monthly fee to us. Where a tool needs hosting or an AI service, we point you to the lowest-cost option up front, with no markup. Paperwork Pilot is different: it's a done-for-you service with one flat price per batch (from $20 for up to 10 documents), so you pay for the work each time (or a monthly retainer if you'd rather). Either way you see the price before you order — no surprise charges.

What do you need from me to start?

Just a plain description of the problem and any info you already have — a website link, a price list, a sample file. If you're not sure what's needed, we'll send a short list of questions.

How long does it take?

Most builds land in a few days. We give you a delivery window with the flat quote, before you pay.

Is this AI?

Where it helps, yes — but that's just how the work gets done. You're buying a result that works, not a buzzword. We use AI where it's genuinely better and plain code where that's more reliable.

Can I see it work first?

Yes. Each service has a short demo on its page, and for document extraction we'll run a free single-document sample so you can see the output before you order.
